"Danielle is so kind and patient and helps us every step of the way explaining what we are doing and why, helping us do each pose correctly and according to our abilities. I personally have learnt so much from Danielle that I now use in my day to day life. When I'm out walking my dog, I hear Danielle say "engage core, belly button to spine, engage pelvic floor". As a result I can now walk much further without pain in my hips or back. Although there are lots of things I am still unable to do, I am becoming much more supple, even being able to cross my legs on the floor, something I have not done for years. In summary: Attending classes with Danielle has helped me recover from a stroke in my mind and body, I am learning something new every week and becoming more confident in the beautiful art of yoga.
