About Me

The yoga I teach has an element of the traditional styles of yoga, mixed in with intuitive movement that feels great in the body.  The balance of yin and yang, sthira and sukha (effort and ease).  Balance is so important, listening to the body and what it needs.  Sometimes we need a strong dynamic practise to blow away the cobwebs and energise.  Other times we need to take it slow and stretch, meditate and relax.
