Gentle Hatha
For a more gentle approach Hatha sessions include plenty of floor based stretching, sun and moon salute variations with feeling into the body and what it needs, breathing and connecting to what our body needs. Great for strength, alignment, flexibility, relaxation and a fantastic way to get the body moving in the morning or to end the day and prepare for a peaceful night’s sleep.
