These classes include plenty of Warrior dances, Sun Salutations, strong vinyasa flows and flowing music and taught at varying levels of difficulty.  With consistent practise you can be sure of more energy, elevated mood, feeling lighter and fitter.

Yoga Rhythm

Yoga Rhythm brings yoga to life with yoga based routines choreographed to music, using meditation, mudra and mantra applications along with visualisation journeys threaded with an intention of your choice.   Perfect for every body, Yoga Rhythm was born through Charli's vision with all people in mind creating a more positive mindset, boosting energy and balancing the body, mind and spirit.

Yoga Class for all Ages

Gentle Hatha

For a more gentle approach Hatha sessions include plenty of floor based stretching, moon salute variations and getting into the body, breathing and feeling connected to what our body needs.  Great for strength, alignment, flexibility, relaxation and a fantastic way to get the body moving in the morning or to end the day and prepare for a great night’s sleep.
