Yoga with Danielle
Yoga teacher leading you with traditional styles, mixed in with intuitive movement that feels great in the body. The balance of yin and yang, sthira and sukha (effort and ease). Balance is so important, listening to the body and what it needs. Sometimes I will bring a strong, dynamic practise to blow away the cobwebs and energise. Other times it will be slow and controlled, meditative and relaxing.

After a while the Owner promoted me to Marketing Manager where I was responsible for a small exhibition sales team, diary team and Venture at home sales consultant. As Marketing Manager I would oversee the teams through daily/weekly catch ups, answering any questions/queries, supporting them and working alongside them to help them achieve their targets.
